Bama Board® Skirtboard Rubber Flashing

Bama Board is a 60 durometer solid rubber specifically designed for skirtboard applications. 60 durometer rubber provides the proper balance between skirt wear and the abrasive effect on belt covers. Bama Board will absorb heavy impact and resist abrasion. Bama Board is available in 50 foot continuous rolls in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" thicknesses and 3", 4", 5", 6", 8", 10" and 12" widths (shown on Flexco® Skirtboard System).

Super Skirt 45

This unique orange/red colored skirtboard rubber is made from a very abrasive-resistant high-tensile 45 durometer natural rubber. It is very elastic and nearly impossible to tear. It is ideal for applications where you are experiencing frequent adjustment and change out of conventional black skirtboard. We have many satisfied customers who report they are getting over 5 times the life of black skirtboard. Try this product in your tough-to-get-to skirtboard sealing areas. CONCLEAN® 80 Durometer Rubber Belt Wiper Material

Protect your conveyor belt by using our quality belt wiper rubber on your rubber wiper cleaner. CONCLEAN rubber has been compounded to an 80 durometer hardness specifically for belt cleaning applications. We have found that 80 durometer rubber provides the proper stiffness for effective belt cleaning. Stock sizes are 1" X 6", 1" X 9" and 1" X12". CONCLEAN is also available in urethane (Shown on Conveyor Component Company System).

Chute Lining
Red Star® Wear Resistant Rubber (Red Natural Rubber)

Excellent for energy absorption in sliding abrasion applications of fine particles (-1/2") with light to moderate impact, Red Star is very high quality, 40 durometer natural red rubber. Typical uses include sandblasting, chute lining, grain chutes, flume liners and mill backing rubber. Available in thicknesses of 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" in 48" wide rolls.

Black Star® Wear Resistant Rubber

A 60 durometer natural rubber and SBR blend, Black Star has excellent abrasion and tear resistant properties. It is especially well suited to areas of high sliding and impact abrasion caused by material up to 24". Typical uses include chute lining, vibrating feeder lines, discharge and transfer points and concrete mixing liners. Available in thicknesses of 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" and 2" in 48" wide rolls.

UHMW Chute Liners

CONVIBER stocks UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) Virgin Polyethylene Sheet. Standard sheet sizes are 48" X120". They are available in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" gauges. This product is excellent for "sliding abrasion" from sand, gravel, coal, etc. It will outlast steel 3 to 4 times in these applications. This product is not recommended where impact, velocity or sharp edges are present. It also displays a very low coefficient of friction, which retards materials from caking or binding in chutes or hoppers. This quality liner will keep your products flowing.

FLEXCO® Deflector™ V-Plow

The specially designed blade on the Deflector™ V-Plow cleans large lumps and rocks and also lifts fines and water, quickly spiraiing them off your belt rather than allowing them to roll under the blade. The long-lasting blade reduces belt wear while cleaning more efficiently than other homemade and commercial plows. And, since the unit is self-adjusting, regular adjustment for blade wear is not required. Also available in Diagonal and Heavy-Duty Reversing styles.
