Trougher Impact System (TIS)

Impact Systems

PPI Impact Systems solves the problem of sealing the skirtboards, and the high impact upon the belt. By utilizing its proven impact rolls, along with center support system that is cushioned against the frame, it gives the TIS its double action dampening system. This rugged 5 foot bed is made from welded steel and fits D6 and E7 rolls. While the rolls are D6 or E7, it does come in a low profile version (TISL) that will line up with C5/D5 or an E6. The slider rails come in 2 variations, the standard 1/2" thick UHMW and a Heavy-Duty 1" thick UHMW.

Ehrsam Spiroglide®

Ehrsam Spiroglide®

Spiroglide belt conveyor idlers deliver the durability and performance you've come to expect from CONVIBER bulk material handling systems and components. Because the Spiroglide Idler is a spring which flexes under load and adjusts surcharge angles for materials of any weight, your belt conveyors will deliver the continuous, reliable performance you need - even when handling large, abrasive aggregates.
The catenary curve formed by the Spiroglide Idler's unique design increases carrying capacity and reduces sharp edges. And, the Spiroglide Idler's spring resiliency cushions the load for reduced spillage, prolonged belt life, lower maintenance and quiet operation. CONVIBER stocks 24" through 48" belt widths.

Joy Limberollers®

Troughing Idler

Joy Limberollers®

The exclusive design on the Limberoller Idler is unique compared to conventional all-steel idlers. It consists of a rugged three-part steel wire cable that is galvanized and phosphatized. At each end of the cable are two prelubricated bearings which position the housing above the contamination zone. QUICK CHANGING, LIGHTWEIGHT, SELF-CLEANING and CORROSION RESISTANT. CONVIBER stocks 18" through 48" belt widths.

Special O.E.M. Idlers

Special O.E.M. Idlers

Manufactured to retrofit non-standard O.E.M. Conveyors with 4-1/2" diameter rolls and stub shafts.

Channel Inset Troughing Idlers

Channel Inset Troughing Idlers

Designed for applications with between frame mounting, for use where vertical clearances are minimal.

Self-Cleaning Beater-Bar Idlers

Self-Cleaning Beater-Bar Idlers

Resists return roll material build-up as it "beats the belt" clean.

The Guidler

The Guidler

When properly inclined at 30 degrees, the hyperbolic design of the Guidler provides a long line contact area of up to 4 inches to distribute these forces and thus reduce the tendency toward curl. In addition, the flanges trap, contain and support the belt edge to prevent climb-over. It's design also provides for axial oscillation to accommodate belt flex and heave.

Guide Rollers

Guide Rollers

Side guide rollers are used when training new belts, and in emergencies, to keep the belt centered. Not to be used as a training device.
